One of the most notorious and evil serial killers of all time, Jeffrey Dahmer was above-average tall.
His police and prison mugshots indicate that he was at least 6 feet tall. His hair made it look like that he was slightly over the 6-foot mark but in all likelihood, he was not barefoot at the time of the mugshot, so 6 feet for him sounds correct.
This makes him around 2 inches taller than someone like Ted Bundy and 9 inches shorter than the tallest serial killer of all time -- Ed Kemper who was 6'9".
