Al Roker Height

I don't make plans, because life is short and unpredictable - much like the weather!

American weather presenter, journalist, and television personality.

About Al Roker's Real and Unfiltered Height

Al 'Weatherman' Roker’s height is a matter of interest because of how short he looks on screen most of the time.

You can find his height listed on the web anywhere from 5 feet 6 inches to all the way up to 5’10” (lol!).

Though Al Roker himself once mentioned his height as 5 feet 7 inches. We think there is some truth in his words.

We took a good look at Al and compared his height to people like Savannah Guthrie (5’10”), Matt Lauer (around 5’10”), Conan O’Brien (6'4"), and some others and now we think that Al Roker’s height is closer to 5’6” than any other number.

Which makes Al Roker just as tall as Lionel Messi or Tom Holland.

The real height of Al Roker is

5 ft 6½ in (169 cm)

Here are some short and 'unpredictable' Al Roker quotes -- much like the weather!

Be yourself.

Always be yourself. At the end of the day, that's all you've really got; when you strip everything down, that's all you've got, so always be yourself.

On single dads.

In our society leaving baby with Daddy is just one step above leaving the kids to be raised by wolves or apes.

The female part in the baby-making process.

In the pregnancy process, I have come to realize how much of the burden is on the female partner. She's got a construction zone going on in her belly.

How to maintain weight?

There is no quick fix. At the end of the day, you still have to do the work to maintain your weight. It can't be a diet. You have to change your life.

Working with the...

I have been blessed with working with the best in the business.

Being black in college.

My first college roommate greeted me with a shocked silence followed by, 'So. . .you're black.

Never give up...

Never give up your day job. I do all sorts of things, but at the end of the day, it all boils down to The Today Show, and I love doing this thing, and they will have to blow me out of here with dynamite before I leave.

On volunteers.

If somehow every volunteer vanished tomorrow, so much of this country would come to a standstill: schools, hospitals, and libraries. You can't name an institution that doesn't depend on volunteers.

On his children.

I've never been part of anything so great as those three kids.

On exercise.

I know I need to exercise. For some people, exercise is like breathing; for others, like me, it takes effort. Exercising is what I need for my metabolism and for a better sense of well-being.
