John Lennon Height

"Love is the answer, and you know that for sure; Love is a flower, you've got to let it grow."

~ John Lennon

Great singer and songwriter, John Lennon is remembered as the co-lead vocalist, co-songwriter, and rhythm guitarist of the most influential band of all time -- The Beatles.

Even 50 years after the disbandment of The Beatles and 40 years after his own passing away, John Lennon is a fascinating cultural figure. Even his height is a matter of public interest -- along with the height of the rest of Beatles.

Some people think John Lennon was the tallest of the Beatles, some think it was Paul McCartney, some even think it was George Harrison, while everyone at least agrees on that it certainly wasn't Lil Ringo Starr.

If Paul McCartney was taller than John Lennon it must have been by a very small margin -- it is almost unnoticeable in those old photos of them.

John Lennon has been speculated to be anywhere from 5'8" to 6" tall. After taking a careful look at him, and comparing his height to that of the other members of The Beatles and a few other people like Muhammad Ali, we think he might have been right between the two numbers mentioned above.

The real height of John Lennon was

5'10" or 178.5 cm
