Robert De Niro Height

"Time goes on. So whatever you're going to do, do it. Do it now. Don't wait."

~ Robert De Niro

The great American actor Robert De Niro needs no introduction. He has appeared in countless critically acclaimed and commercially successful movies and won numerous awards as a result.

Some of his most iconic roles has been young Vito Corleone in The Godfather Part II (1974), Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver (1976), Jake LaMotta in Raging Bull (1980), and of course, Lieutenant Colonel Richard "Dick" Kelly aka Dirty Grandpa in Dirty Grandpa (2016).

About Robert De Niro's Real Height

There is no official number for Robert De Niro's height. Everything is just a guess. You might see a number for his height even on Google -- that's a guess too, albeit some other website's guess where Google pulls its data from.

Robert De Niro's height was never a topic of interest like someone like Clint Eastwood's. Robert was not tall, not short -- just an average man in almost all aspects -- except being a phenomenal actor, so few people wanted to know just how tall or short he is or was.

That being said, being the height detective that we fancy ourselves to be, we couldn't resist investigating the height of this larger-than-life actor.

The result of our investigation was predictable. Robert De Niro was a couple inches taller than a five feet six inches tall Al Pacino and a couple inches shorter than a nearly six feet tall Ray Liotta, and around just as tall as someone like Sylvester Stallone who was around five feet nine inches tall in his prime.

But age wrecks havoc even on the best of us. Robert De Niro's posture looks severely compromised these days in his mid-seventies. His upper body looks curved and compressed now.

He looked shorter than a five feet eight inches tall Zac Efron in the 2016  movie Dirty Grandpa, so clearly he has lost some height with age.

The real height of Robert De Niro is

5'7¼" or 171 cm

Height in his prime was 5'9¼" or 176 cm
