Joe Rogan Height

"Work for that feeling that you have accomplished something…Don’t waste your time on this earth without making a mark."

~ Joe Rogan

Joe Rogan is a man of many talents. He is a humble standup comedian, an MMA color commentator, and perhaps the most successful podcaster of all time. How did an unassuming man like him become so successful? By grinding it out daily, Mr. Rogan says.

About Joe Rogan's Real Height

A lot of people want to know just how tall Joe Rogan is. Perhaps in part because they suspect he is not that tall -- more like he is short. Take this, almost all the guests on his podcast manage to dwarf him. People like Stipe Miocic (6'3.5"), Francis Ngannou (6'4"), Tyson Fury (almost 6'8"), seem like giants next to him.

But make no mistake Joe Rogan is small but only in his vertical length -- his normal weight is around 205 lb (93 kg) -- and nearly all of it hard muscles (with a little help -- actually Mr. Rogan is very candid about him being on TRT).

Now Mr. Rogan has claimed to be 5'8" tall many times. Is he as authentic here as he is on many other subjects on his podcast? Hmm, somehow we don't think so.

He sure looks around to be somewhere in the 5'8" neighborhood to be sure -- but on the southern end of it. We looked carefully at Joe Rogan and comparing his height to a number of people like Kanye West (5'8"), Mike Tyson (5'10"), Dana White (5'10½" but bad posture most of the time), and Ben Shapiro (5'7"), etc.

After many such height comparisons, we think that the only way Joe will touch the much-revered 5'8" mark is -- with his shoes still on - and that's not a correct way of measuring height.

The real height of Joe Rogan is

5'7" or 170 cm
