Famous actor, Deep Roy is known for being small. There are small actors like Kevin Hart (5'2½" or 159 cm), then there are very small actors like Danny Devito (4'10" or 147.5 cm) and then there is Deep Roy, who is small enough to be suffering from dwarfism but that is not the case.
Deep is a normally proportioned man who just happened to be small as a 9-year-old kid. This type of dwarfism is very rare and thus a person suffering from it looks straight out of a movie set -- as is the case with Deep Roy. Here is what he has to say about this:
